Parkwoods and The Backyard are charming settings for cocktail party receptions, private breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners.

With the ability to accommodate groups of up to 150 guests, our in-house events team attends to every detail – from menu planning to custom cocktail development and flawless execution.

We have extensive experience hosting various celebrations, including Corporate Happy Hours, Birthday Parties, Cocktail Parties, Proposals and Engagement Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Bridal Showers, and Wine Tasting Events.

Magnolia

The Magnolia Room is bathed in natural light, thanks to the expansive atrium window, and offers stunning views of the beautiful Ravinia Gardens. Its large bay windows provide a picturesque backdrop of the Backyard garden, adding a touch of tranquility to any event.

This private space, tucked away off the restaurant, is perfect for intimate meetings and can be arranged for both buffet-style dining and passed hors d'oeuvre receptions.

Capacity: 28 for plated dinner/buffet; 40 for reception.

Bermuda

The Bermuda Room is an elegant and versatile space that seamlessly connects to the main dining room through a set of French doors. It offers a private setting for up to 12 people for a plated dinner or buffet and can comfortably host 15 guests for an intimate reception.

With abundant natural light streaming in from the atrium windows, the room sets a uniquely bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Intentionally located adjacent to the Parkwoods kitchen, this dining room is perfectly equipped for both intimate gatherings and larger events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

The Cellar

The Cellar is our semi-private event space nestled within the restaurant, offering an intimate setting. With its cozy ambiance, it’s the perfect spot for a celebratory dinner, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Whether you're marking a special occasion or enjoying a quiet evening with loved ones, the Cellar provides a unique and memorable atmosphere for your event.

Capacity: 8 for plated dinner.

The casual atmosphere of Parkwoods continues in the sunny garden, The Backyard at Parkwoods An inviting, authentic, and social outdoor venue for a business lunch or a meet-up with friends, The Backyard at Parkwoods features an expansive patio, relaxing water fountain, and direct access to over 2 miles of Ravinia Garden Trails.

The Living Room at Parkwoods

Right off Parkwoods entrance with access to Backyard Gardens, The Living Room is used weekly for Happy Hour receptions and group client gatherings. This venue is ideal for semi-private breakfasts and receptions, with large double doors providing instant access to the serene Ravinia Gardens.
