Executive Chef Brian Lee has an impressive amount of experience constructing memorable dishes & menus, and now works tirelessly with his team to bring the Crowne Plaza Ravinia and Parkwoods Southern Table to the forefront of Atlanta’s storied food & beverage scene.
Chef Lee attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School in California and refined his skills with Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, under legendary Executive Chef Frederic Castan and Master Chef Jonathan Jerusalmy. With thorough training in French, European, and Middle Eastern cuisines, extensive experience designing menus for fine dining restaurants, and a notable history of crafting culinary direction for a wide range of opening hotels - his expertise is truly unique and reflected in his menu’s eclectic flavors.
With his appreciation for fine dining and eye for elevated presentation, Chef Lee thrives on challenging the ordinary and masterfully intertwines classic global dishes with enticing Southern and Asian flavors.
